Service Delivery Leader – Retail Banking / SDL Operations

Educational Qualification - Graduate / MBA

Professional Qualification if any Certificate in Retail banking , Insurance will be preferred

Skills ( Must Have)

Experience – with at least 10 years of experience associated with retail banking operations in mortgage and core banking

Job Description

- Lead Operations of multiple client accounts in retail banking/ mortgage.

- Responsible for delivering on SLA’s, Attrition, Profitability, Revenue targets for each account.

- Proactive approach required to go beyond SLA’s and deliver projects of value to the customer through lean and six sigma methodologies.

- Client Relationship management – Ensure close working relationship with all key stakeholders in customer organization to build trust and partnership approach.

- Mentor and groom team members to take on additional responsibility.

- Work with sales and solution teams to support leads / rfp’s.
