About our Client: Our client is a global leader in the chemical manufacturing space. With operations across the globe - India is a Captive for the global finance operations. They are currently looking for someone to head up their Shared Service Accounting piece.

Job Description: Reporting into the Head for Global Shared Services, you will lead a team of 30 and will be responsible for:

- SLA delivery and high customer satisfaction and value for customer & enhanced cost position

- Leading Asia accounting in compliance with USGAAP and SOX - consolidation, monthly closing and reporting

- Overseeing integration of all service delivery teams

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA/ICWA with 10-12 years experience in a Shared Service set up and have Exposure in USGAAP and SOX accounting

- Closely working with global counterparts

- Leading large captive teams in India
