Change Management:
Working on multiple Change Management Projects.
Key skills include:
- Stakeholder Identification & Analysis
- Change Impact Assessments
- Change Readiness Survey
- Leadership Engagement & Buy in
- Visioning Workshops for Organizations
- Communication Needs Analysis and Detailed Communication Planning
- Communications approach and Key Communication Messages Creation
Process Design:
- Working on Organization Transformation projects. Key roles include:
- Studying the As-is Processes and design of To-Be Processes
- Working on documentation and creation of process maps on Visio
- Creating Job Aids, User Guides, & ‘What’s in it for you’ documents
Additional Responsibilities -
1.Process assessments ( Due diligence), Process Mapping, solution design, RFP/RFI responses, Migrations, project management, risk assessment and mitigation, client management and Deliverables, Including IT, People, Technology, Service delivery, Internal Controls, Process evaluation and Consulting.
2.Designing the approach as per the client/ process requirement for HR Service Delivery.
3.Managing People, Process and Performance to Ensuring that all process and procedures are continually reviewed, improved and changes communicated for effective implementation.
4.Managing multiple teams onsite and offshore.
5.Establishing and providing metrics on HR services, including Customer Satisfaction, Volume metrics, turnaround time, quality etc.
6.Supporting Sales, Presales for the domain, Coordinating and analyzing the bid management process, RFP’S / RFI’S as per the desired / targeted project/opportunities and Strategy.
7.Understanding of System Capabilities and Application platforms. Knowledge of benefits business, including products and services, operations, and delivery.
8.Capable of initiating new processes, participate in new process transitions in coordination with the Clients and internal stakeholders.
Basic Requirements -
1. Must be experienced in managing large customers
2. Should have experience in at least implementing 2-3 ERP/SAP/HRMS database related projects (functional expertise)
3. Exposure of handling P&L accounts. Should understand revenue/productivity numbers
4. Must be an MBA/PGDM from Teir 1 institute
