As a SDL, you will
About the Profile:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of hub incharge, ground TLs & Gigers and make sure that the deployment of Gigers on ground is done timely with client coordination.
- Take care of daily operational activities like resolving their day to day issues, manage their payouts, documentation, compliance etc focus on keeping clients satisfied with the company's services through managing projects, fixing any reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets and helping lead the professionals responsible for getting services delivered to clients.

Roles and responsibilities :
- End to end ownership of operations of the assigned region.
- Hire ,Train,monitor and manage a team of TL'S/HC's.
- Owning and delivering targets for key operating metrics-Efficiency,Productivity ,fulfillment % . -SPOC between the ground operations team and central team.
- Solving real time escalations on ground with coordination with various stakeholders .
- Ability to evaluate and hire key resources within his/her team.
- Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and giving them pointed feedback. -Ensuring ops processes and policies set forth by the company are implemented on the ground and monitored to ensure 100% adherence .
Minimum qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in operations management,capacity planning,resource management,problem solving and business contingency planning.
- Experienced in competing tasks with deadlines .
- Experienced in sourcing/recruitment/training of ground staff.
- Ability to handle clients and resolve the operational escalations .
- Experienced in FMCG/E-Commerce/Warehousing/Logistics operations/Recruitment . -Must have handled a team of 100 plus people of ground staff.
Preferred qualifications :
- MBA in operations/SCM or another equivalent master's degree.
- Experienced in change management and rolling out large scale initiatives. -Experienced in prioritization of deliverables and tasks.
- Ability to take ownership,lead business planning and influence groups.
- Having good knowledge of distribution,warehousing,First mile,middle mile and last mile operations.
