Service Delivery Lead - Finance Applications Porfolio

- Manage the service delivery of the Finance applications portfolio. The portfolio may include other related applications as well.

- Implement tools & processes for incident, change management and problem management

- Responsible for integrated incident and problem management

- Responsible for communications and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders impacted, or potentially impacted, by service disruption, additions, changes, and/or reductions in service

- Partner with IT stakeholders, end-to-end service integration team and external vendors, as needed, to plan and drive implementation of change requests impacting the portfolio

- Plan and coordinate changes in the application environment

- Responsible for 24x7 365 application availability

- Lead/Manage the transition from projects to production support team.

Accountabilities :

- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO in SAP S/4 HANA and ECC environments.

- Good cross module understanding like FI-SD, FI-MM, FI-Projects

- Knowledge and hands on experience in the following areas of Finance - G/L, AP, AR, Assets, Treasury, Taxation

- Good experience in Controlling sub modules like CO - Product Costing, CCA, PCA, Material Ledger.

- Good knowledge of Third Party systems / tools / interfaces e.g. One Source.

- Experience and knowledge of Month End / Quarter End / Year End Financial Closing.

- Experience working with Vendors, product roadmaps and support lifecycles

- Ability learn and upskill on new technologies, processes, and applications

- Understanding of ITIL processes
