Job Description

Service Delivery Leader/Process Consultant:

- Responsible for the necessary management oversight

- Functional and operational process ownership. Responsible for developing, institutionalizing, monitoring and enhancing operational processes

- Review service failures and produce and maintain service improvement plans

- Ensure appropriate documentation is in place for specific support requirements

- Organize and chair weekly/monthly/quarterly service review meetings

Must Have skills

- Experience in Capital Market (Derivatives & Debts)

- Experinece working in Financial services / Trading platforms

- Experience of working in Support engagements

- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills (client interfacing)

- Experience on leading team of 6-10 people providing L2 support

- Functional and operational process ownership. Responsible for developing, institutionalizing, monitoring and enhancing operational processes

Good to have skills

- Experience in supporting wallstreet or similar financial and trading products
