Service Delivery Lead - Corp Planning and Analysis - Cognos TM1

Description:

- This position will provide consulting expertise, leveraging business and technical knowledge work to lead change management.

Responsibilities include:

- Project / change management.

- Lead complex requirements gathering for systems design

- Financial analysis and process engineering

- Regularly communication with senior management teams including developing communications plans, decks, presentations and other medium

- Lead decision-making processes for determining and developing a POA solution

- Support senior management to make decisions about the design, direction and improvement opportunities

- Lead a team of two employees

Qualification

- The candidate must have experience in developing and implementing tm1. Must have experience in developing cubes, turbo integrators.

- The candidate must have demonstrated experience of providing thought leadership to overcome challenges and the ability to influence and gain co-operation in cross-functional teams

- Must be an independent self-starter who is able to perform at a high level under pressure, lead/coordinate activities of cross-organizational teams

- Experience managing large initiatives is a benefit. Highly skilled in impact analysis and problem solving/issue resolution. Ability to think through all facets of a complex problem

- Strong written/oral communication for presentations.

- Proven ability to drive results with emphasis of increasing speed to market and flawless execution of new and existing capabilities.

- Ability to understand business strategies and translate them into actionable plans and solutions

- Very strong technical knowledge. TM1 knowledge preferred
