EXECUTIVE – Service Area Finance

Location- NCR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The role involves the following responsibilities in relation to assigned service area .

- Preparation and review responsibilities of following work (list inclusive) performed by the team involving accounting functions for one or more clients:

- Month end accounting,

- Analysis and posting of month-end cost/ recoveries

- Balance sheet account reconciliations

- Reporting and analysis for service areas

- Business Group Recovery Reporting

- Budgeting and forecasting activities for service areas

- Providing financial summaries and reports of financial status and expenditure

- Reporting on Recovery Status

- Expense analysis and other operational reports including investigation of variances.

- Ad-hoc query management from service area, and other areas relating to service area costs

- Ensure timely delivery of work and providing regular update to all stakeholders including clients

- Preparation and updation of process documentation to keep it up to date all the time.

- Work collaboratively with team of staff performing similar tasks across other service areas to ensure consistency in approach and quality of service delivery to service area clients.

- Manage responses to queries from clients and auditors.

QUALIFICATIONS & BACKGROUND/WORK EXPERIENCE

- Postgraduate/ professional accounting qualification, preferably CA or CPA

- Minimum 2 years of post CA qualification experience or minimum 6 - 7 years of experience for non CAs.
