Job Description:-
1. Sales acquisition and Business Development PAN India from corporate sales account. Ensure Order booking and revenue collection targets are met as per the annual budgets.
2. Generate new accounts and ensure repeat business for the programs launched in the year. To meet Head - HR, Training heads, business heads and discuss on company's development and education policy and drive the flagship programs for the corporates.
3. Build Customer specific batches inline with customer requirements and internal business development team to launch and deliver the corporate programs.
4. To achieve sales and revenue targets by building funnel. Adopt business analytics techniques to understand the number of leads to be generated, conversion of leads to applications and conversion of applications to the final enrollments.
5. To manage corporate partnership maximising potential income by cross selling and upselling.Work closely with the marketing and business development team in terms of maximising the reach of the open programs and generating the leads.
- Support the CEO in responding to Client RFPs / RFI's.
- Develop Business Presentations in line with SequelOne's business practices.
- Market Research & development of the prospective client Database.
- Strengthen the company's direct sales and business development capabilities.
- Responsible for new business development involving prospect development, understanding business and technology scenario and needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in preparation of proposals.
- Responsible for relationship building and mining of new clients.
