Job Description :-
- Will be responsible for handling / monitoring / auditing & Statutory Compliance and Personnel / Admin related issues of the Branch.
- Employee Grievance Handling, Employee Welfare activities for workmen, Oversee the statutory deductions - PF and ESI ensuring monthly returns, prepare and submission of returns of ESI & PF Labour relations & Industrial disputes.
Special Skills:
- Implementation of policy, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee services, according to knowledge of company objectives, government regulations, and labor contract terms with the guidance from seniors.
- Analyzes and moniters wage and salary data for PF & ESIC compliances.
- Experience in handling government officials regarding labour matters, renewals, licenses, etc.
- Poses knowledge in Labour Laws and handled clients audits/inspections for below acts :
- Minimum Wages Act, 1948
- Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972
- Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970
- Employees State Insurance Act, 1948
- Employees Provident Fund and Misc. Provisions Act, 1952
- Shop & Establishment Act, 1948
- Workmens Compensation Act, 1923
- Payment of Bonus Act, 1965
- The Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1953
Compliances :
- Provident Fund
- Knowledge in Online PF Process. Maintain 3A, 12 A Register, Monthly P.F. Statement & Register, Monthly P.F. Return i.e. 5/10 A, 12A. Annual Return, Annual P.F. Slip, P.F. Inspection Book & Compliance with P.F. Authority, compliance related P.F Authority.
ESIC :
- Knowledge in Online ESI Process.
- Filling ESIC returns every half yearly
- Keep the track that each and every new joinee covered under ESIC ACT, should receive the ESIC cards.
- Solving ESIC related issues of employees as and when required.
- Profession Tax
- Shops & Establishment License
- Time office function,
- Controlling & Maintaining Muster Roll & Updating & supervision at total time office
- Renewal and Registration of all the required licenses of branch as & when required.
- Graduate (minimum qualification) preferably an Graduate with Personnel Management / Industrial Relation specialization.
- Should have good Knowledge of Statutory Compliance and Labour Laws related to Service Industry(Guarding).
- Should have an experience of Handling Statutory Inspection
- Should have good communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong leadership and inter personal skills
- Should have an exposure to an aggressive environment
