To manage transaction quality profile for a Logistics services / Hub process for domestics' operations
- To conduct audits as per defined guideline and sampling for transaction monitoring
- To ensure 100% closure of feedbacks/ Client's complaints
- To create and publish regular audit reports with management and clients (daily, weekly, monthly) -
- To identify gaps and conduct feedback and refresher sessions with Hubs and clients to improve sales and quality of services
- To drive process improvement initiatives
- To drive calibration/ Training sessions with internal or external customers
- To conduct training for group of agents, when needed
- To conduct quality induction for new hire batch
- Should be well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Should have excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Must have good analytical skills to conduct various analysis and RCA on a weekly/monthly basis
- Work closely with interdepartmental stakeholders to conceptualize and implement quality improvements, new processes and new businesses for Hubs operations of LC
- Review and interpret operational data to identify operational issues and provide solutions which optimise service levels, efficiency and overall process flows
- Perform reviews and audits of standard operating procedures to streamline and automate operations
- To assist in writing Operations Manuals
- To maintain Document Control Centre
- To ensure documentation formats and structures are consistent with ISO certified structure
- To document internal audits and other Quality related activities
- To prepare reports to communicate outcome of Quality activities
