- Business Planning and analysis for assessment of revenue potential/improvement in business opportunities.
- To develop the new business along with handling the existing ones.
- Competitions analysis and strategies to counter competition
- Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets.
- Establishing short term and long term sales budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of organizational goals.
- Evaluating existing markets, market sizes, trends, prices and collating information to develop market and to identify potential markets.
- Competition analysis and strategies to counter competition.
- Preparing Business Plan for all Distributors in co-ordination with them and lead them for realizing the same.
- Conducting technical training at key customers to explore new business opportunities.
- MIS, Data Analysis & follow up actions to improve the business performance.
- Credit accounts management - to ensure that payments are well in time.
- Potential to grow into a CXO level role reporting directly to Board of Directors
