Sepio Products Pvt. Ltd is an IoT platform focused on digital supply chain transformation. by creating unique digital identities for products on the shelf, connected to a robust, cloud-based software. It is on a mission to make the world a better place one product at a time through the use of cutting edge technologies.

Sepio is currently looking to add rockstars to its growing team based out of Mumbai. As a key member in the company, this person will take ownership and help drive the P&L along with the Founders. More specifically, the roles and responsibilities include:

- Help to drive the profit and loss with the Management

- Business planning and analysis to assess revenue potential/improvement across business opportunities.

- Develop and execute on business plans in order to achieve organization goals

- Identify key industry verticals to focus, identify target clients within each vertical and reach out to relevant stakeholders from these clients

- Create, manage and own a healthy sales funnel right from lead identification and meeting customers to deal closure

- Develop marketing strategies to grow business incl. new product/service development

- Competition analysis and strategies to counter competition

- Evaluate existing markets, market sizes, trends, prices and collate information to identify potential markets

- Manage channel partners and distributors and coordinate with them to realize the AOP

- Understand customer needs, build solutions to solve customer pain points that contribute to revenue

- Develop marketing collaterals to supplement product strategy

- Collaborate with the technology team to innovate and build solutions that drive business results

- Maintain a channel of communication between potential/existing clients and internal product teams to drive product improvement in terms of new product opportunities, client feedback, industry trends and competitor analysis

You should apply if:

- You have 2+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales.

- You want to work for a growth phase B2B Tech startup.

- You have experience in supply chain management or related solutions

- You are metrics and target driven.

- You have demonstrated active listening skills, are highly consultative and solutions-oriented.

- You have prior experience in working with C-level executives

- You have an undergraduate degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
