SEO Specialist - Financial Services Firm

About the Role:

As our Senior SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in crafting and executing strategic initiatives to drive organic traffic and leads through search engines. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, including:

- SEO Strategy Development: Conducting comprehensive keyword research, identifying target audiences, and developing data-driven SEO strategies to achieve organic growth objectives.

- Technical SEO Optimization: Ensuring the technical health of our website, including on-page optimization, website speed optimization, and mobile-friendliness.

- Content Development: Collaborating with internal teams to create high-quality, informative, and SEO-optimized content that engages our target audience.

- Backlink Acquisition: Implementing effective link-building strategies to improve our website's authority and domain ranking.

- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Analyzing website traffic data, identifying key metrics, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.

- Staying Ahead of the Curve: Keeping up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior SEO role within the financial services industry.

- Proven track record of success in driving organic traffic and leads through SEO initiatives.

- In-depth understanding of Google Search algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools and platforms, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Passion for the SEO industry and a strong desire to stay ahead of the curve.

- Experience in financial services domain will be an added advantage
