Qualification - Master Degree/ Graduate

Job Description Duties & Responsibilities:

- The candidate must be an SEO expert with strong tactical experience

- 5+ years experience in eCommerce, online marketing or related fields

- Solid data analysis skills and ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets.

- Proven examples of designing and executing SEO experiments which produce actionable insights.

- Proven track record assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering results in a fast-paced online environment.

- Ability to drive clear, thoughtful, and comprehensive analyses of SEO performance.

- Proven ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams.

- Evidence of influencing and challenging key stakeholders to implement SEO.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Should have both on-page and off-page experience

Desired Skills:

- Take ownership of all referral and SEO traffic

- Define comprehensive SEO strategy for achieving long term traffic goals

- Guide content writers to create content specific to business needs

- Assume complete responsibility of outreach / link building for in house content

- Review and analyze analytics and site traffic to gauge positive and negative changes

- Collaborate with SEM team for keyword research and complementary campaigns

- Research, analyze and benchmark against competitor performance

- Create and maintain SEO performance dashboard to provide visibility.
