- Help brands go on social media

- Set up and manage in house team & Sprinklr social listening & analytics capability

- Develop & cascade net sentiment playbooks

- Also develop new age capabilities like using category conversations to feed into content pegs, use con-versations to uncover genz & other such meaningful cohorts conversations, developing need gap analysis & trend spotting capabilities to help brands innovate faster & spotting whitespaces

- Further enhance trendspotting algorithm & capability with the help of data science team and work on a way to cascade trends to brands
