Looking for an immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initial planning of Project (WTG / Wind Farm) based on Synch plan I.

- Monitor the project progress and change plan to avoid resource Idling.

- Monitor output with respect to norms and support to improve outcome and make benchmarks.

- Coordinate with engineering and quality and ensure evaluation of approval.

- Co-ordinate with SCM for the contractor identification and development to enable fulfilling the need of contractors as per the synch plan.

- Ensure availability and provision of tools-tackles and logistic resources to manpower agency to work on time to provide desired output as per the Target.

- Keep inventory control of BOP materials and manage movement of all these items from one project to other.

- Continues work to reduce the cost per turbine.

- Do cost analysis based on productivity and provide sustainability for continuity.

- Identify scope and all major milestones based on the contract and project schedule.

- Prepared detailed (Level 3) schedules (Day Wise Monitoring) for critical activities, construction activities for close monitoring in Primavera.

- Monitoring actual work progress w.

- Proactively plan and identify resources for construction activities for smooth execution of the WTGs.

- Project Progress Reporting (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).

- Proactively identify issues that might lead to slippage in schedule & contractual milestones, timely escalation of issues of slippages & delays to higher management and suggest corrective actions.

- Prepare the Catch-up plan for delayed activities to expedite the progress.

- Critical Path Reporting.

- Simulate scenarios based on events/issues/risks.

- Site Level Progress S-Curves whenever required.

- Expediate all delayed site related activities WTG Installation& Commissioning).

- Supporting the contract departments during contract changes and time impact analysis.

- Project Coordination between various departments.

Education & Experience: BE or B. Tech. / M. tech. relevant experience in EPC Project Mangement.
