Key Responsibilities :
- Drafting and negotiating and providing advice on technology and IP related agreements and transactional projects involving IP.
- Experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating contracts for technology products.
- Managing conflicts and litigations.
- Advising on a wide range of IP issues (including trademarks, patents, and copyrights).
- Providing specialist IP legal support for acquisitions and disposals.
- Excellent command of the English language (reading, writing, speaking).
