Sr. Manager/ DGM- HR Operations
- Responsible for all operational activities for R&D, HO, Provis& Admin. Oversee all the activities & guide as and when required.
- Work with stakeholders to implement important HR processes and drive HR automation for providing a better employee experience.
- Independently lead the HR shared service portfolios of employee life cycle with operational excellence.
- Recommend changes in employment policies, processes, practices and administer the same.
- Drive & implement new initiatives related to SEVA & CSR activities
- Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across Leadership team & conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
- Drive end-to-end Performance Management process involving co-ordination with employees and other stakeholders to ensure implementation of a fair and just performance management system.
- Prepare, review and analyze employee statistical reports to support in business decision making
- Partner and help support in implementation of critical HR projects from time to time per organizational direction
- Support in internal and external HR audits
- Work closely with Business heads to understand organization imperatives and prepare key and individual plans for relevant HR processes based on historical data, business requirements and priorities.
- Provide guidance on HR issues including development, talent performance and Employee Relations.
- Working to manage and improve HR Operations workflows (including but not limited to payroll) that support the team and the broader organization.
- Making recommendations to improve HR Ops technology to automate processes which in turn minimize administrative overhead.
- Ensuring the integrity of HR data.
