SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB : - To be responsible for managing Cash Flows, liaising with Banks, Treasury Compliances, handling reviews with President. KEY RESULT AREAS : - Preparing cash flows forecast for rolling 12 months in multiple currencies on weekly basis - Monitoring of fund position on daily basis ensuring that minimum balances are maintained - Treasury tool implementation (Kyriba). - Preparation of Global Bank Balance Dashboard on weekly basis and review with President - Liaising with bank, credit rating agencies. Hedging : - Finalize quarterly benchmark rate for fx conversions. - Keep informed to CFO/Cash Committee about market outlook and changing of currency forward premium - Target hedging rates - Stop Loss rates - Hedging percentage and tenure - Optimize Cost of Hedging - To Book forward rate in Banking portal and inform bank immediately after booking. - To provide MTM &amp; Actual Gain Statement, variance report with budgeted rate - To send deal confirmation to bank. - To upload &amp; execute transaction for FX deal on bank portal. - Managing &amp; executing foreign remittances and inflows from foreign entities - Ensure compliances such as Statutory, FEMA, RBI, Banking covenants - Ensure timely submission of stock statement, renewal of documents, no default certificates etc. KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES : Treasury : - To prepare cash flow for rolling 12 months to ensure surplus cash is invested. - To manage relationships with multiple banks to explore right investment opportunities and reduce risk of liquidity of funds. - Ensure effective control and segregation of duty (SOD) are in place in Treasury function - Negotiate bank to arrange Term Loans, PCFC Loans and Working Capital Funding. - To prepare Treasury MIS. Compliances : - Ensure the adherence to compliances such as statutory, FEMA, RBI, banking covenants - Ensure timely submission of stock statement, renewal of documents, no default certificates etc. - Work with inter-department to take timely decision for conversion foreign currency(ies) on spot basis available for force conversion at month-end - Work with SCM to ensure timely EBRC's from Banks, to ensure timely submission of BOEs to bank. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Education : CA/MBA from a premier institute
