SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB

To ensure the accurate supply data collection and analytics to be shared with the management.

KEY RESULT AREAS

- To prepare the supply Chain Dashboards and provide the weekly analysis to the management

- To ensure 3 months and 12 months rolling supply plan

- To ensure monthly S&OP and weekly meetings

KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply Chain Analytics

- Responsible for data analysis to improve supply chain operations, driving improvement initiatives, monitoring implementation

- Reviewing the plan product by product for each geography and create analysis around problem statements

- Standardizing the process of data collection and analysis for all Supply Chain KPIs and suggesting improvements

- Supply Chain Excellence initiatives

- Prepare and implement project plans - e.g. developments in ERP for improving efficiency, Value engineering projects in Packaging

- Tracking latest technologies/developments in Supply Chain and recommending how these developments can make our supply Chain more efficient

- Scheduling knowledge sharing sessions within Supply Chain with a target to improve skill level of entire team

- Responsible for MIS reports w.r.t Supply Chain

Supply Planning

- To ensure the S&OP and weekly calls with customers in Russia, CIS and other geographies

- To monitor production planning is aligned with supply planning

- Create 3 months and 12 months rolling supply plan

- Mitigating the risks that can affect product supply

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

B.E. (Chemical) & MBA with 6.5 yrs of experience
