Role: Member of Strategy team in President / Chairman's Office, Sentiss Pharma Pvt. Ltd.

Objective of the position:
Sentiss is in a very interesting phase currently and is expecting tremendous growth in the coming years. As a part of our growth strategy, we are looking to build a team of outstanding performers who will help drive the businesses and deliver as per our plans. The role in the President's Office is central to this strategy. The person is expected to be working with the pharmaceutical business and will be involved in projects with all our functions - supply chain, operations, business development, R&D and scale-up, finance and HR.
The key objective is to provide strategic support and data analysis to the President's Office to ensure smooth running of the operations and on-time delivery of key projects. It's a key profile and in many ways would work as a catalyst to ensure the company delivers to the best of its capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
1) Monitoring and tracking: site-wise operational performances, working capital performance, key capex projects - cost and timelines, procurement department performance (cost reduction, alternate vendor development), BD performance (new customer acquisitions, product price performance, credit overdue performance), R&D performance (cost-wise and time-wise delivery of new projects, DMF filings, sample delivery to customers)
2) Key internal meetings with different departments and division: coordination & meeting minutes; follow-ups on key action points and providing updates to the President's Office
3) Analysis and recommendations: Reviewing business performance, highlighting areas of concern and presenting recommendations to the concerned. Presenting supporting info & data along with analysis for planning at the management level
4) Financial analysis and forecasting: Preparing financial models on excel for forecasting - P&L, cash flow statements, budgeting exercise, IRR & payback calculations for major capex projects, competitors- performance analysis, scenario analysis
5) Market research and inputs: provide updates and inputs on macro and industry level trends
6) Presentations/ Dockets/ Handouts: Preparing power-point presentations /other MS-office for internal communications, customer meetings and board meetings
7) Systems and processes: Play an active role in streamlining and setting up of certain systems and processes for data analysis and decision support

Academic Qualifications needed:
i) MBA from Premier B - School, with 1 - 3 years of experience with exposure in Manufacturing or operations
ii) Excellent analytical abilities

iv) Expert with Excel and Power-Point
v) Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry, preferred
vi) Exposure to financial analysis
