- M.Pharm/ MBA (Pharm) with 1-2 yrs of experience in Pharma Industry

- Good communication skills

- Financial Analysis skills

- Negotiation skills

- Good Interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of Excel

- Knowledge of Power Point

SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB :

To support Contract Manufacturing Business development for existing business and generating new business

KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES :

Existing Business :

- Coordination with the internal / external stakeholders for customers orders execution.

- Coordination for resolving technical / commercial matters during execution

- Support his/ her manager for closure of business agreements.

- Preparation of monthly sales dashboard for Sr. Management

New Business :

- Recording and tracking of new enquiries.

- Preparation of business proposals

- Liaise with customer / new lead to understand the business requirement (technical / commercial)

- Liaise with technical team for feasibility assessment

- Liaise with Finance team for costing

- Support in negotiation for business agreement closures

- Work on pricing strategy for new business

- Carry out market assessment for development of new product pipeline followed by identification of customer / lead generation

- Working on requirements RFIs / RFPs for new business enquiry.

- Conference planning & scheduling business meetings.
