Position: Executive assistant in CEO's Office
Reporting to: Senior Manager
Objective of the position:
Sentiss (www.sentisspharma.com) is in a very interesting phase currently and is expecting tremendous growth in the coming years. As a part of our growth strategy, we are looking to build a team of outstanding performers who will help drive the businesses and deliver as per our plans. The role in the CEO's Office is central to this strategy. The person is expected to be working with the pharmaceutical business and will be involved in projects with all our functions - supply chain, operations, business development, R&D, finance, quality, regulatory, IT and HR.
The key objective is to provide strategic support and data analysis to the CEO's Office to ensure smooth running of the operations and on-time delivery of key projects. It's a key profile and in many ways would work as a catalyst to ensure the company delivers to the best of its capabilities.
1) Balanced Score Card Implementation & Monitoring: Including but not limited to Operational performance tracking, key Capex projects - cost and timelines, Sourcing department performance (cost reduction, alternate vendor development), BD performance (new customer acquisitions, product price performance, credit overdue performance), R&D performance (cost-wise and time-wise delivery of new projects, DMF filings, sample delivery to customers)
2) Dashboards: Designing and presenting key data points and critical parameters in compact and coherent manner to senior management and Chairman
3) Analysis and recommendations: Reviewing business performance, highlighting areas of concern and presenting recommendations to the concerned. Presenting supporting info & data along with analysis for planning at the management level
4) Financial analysis and forecasting: Competitors- performance analysis, Scenario analysis, preparing financial models for forecasting - budgeting exercise, IRR & payback calculations
5) Market research and inputs: provide updates and inputs on macro and industry level trends
6) Systems and processes: Play an active role in streamlining and setting up of certain systems and processes for data analysis and decision support
7) Key internal meetings with different departments and divisions: coordination & meeting minutes; follow-ups on key action points and providing updates to the CEO's Office
