Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential clients via outbound cold-call, email and Linkedin campaigns and set up qualified meetings for Sense's world class sales team
- Develop a plan for success with your manager and Account Executives
- Be the face of the Sense, you will make the first impression on potential clients, so we want to make sure we are putting our best face forward
- Optimize Process: Work alongside sales leadership in advancing lead and pipeline processes, fostering a seamless experience across the Sales team.
- Enablement Solutions: Contribute to creation of new programs and iterate existing programs.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications:
- 2+ years as a BDR
- Strong track record in previous BDR/SDR role (including extensive cold-calling)
- Agile and flexible within a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision-making abilities
- SaaS background, preferably within the Recruiting/HR markets
- Solutions-oriented and able to navigate challenges swiftly
- Exposure to handling US markets
