- Facilitate and maintain ongoing relationships with vendors/partners

- Manage the contract renewals

- Work with procurement team for RFP

- Create standard KPIs for the vendors, and engage into regular review process

- Be the interface with IT, Engineering, and Product teams

- Evaluate business processes, uncover areas for improvement.

- Keep track of vendor invoices and clearance of the same.

- Identify key performance metrics and create a reporting suite for all the vendors.

- Demonstrates in-depth expertise in Agile methodology
