Sr Manager- Regulatory Policy and Intelligence-FMCG - NCR


Job Description :

- Work closely through trade/industry organisations to influence regulations and the company's ability to sell and market existing/new products and technologies


- Proactively monitors activities for current and future business opportunities or threats which may impact the ability to sell and market long term product and solution technologies

- Enhances corporate credibility

Description :

- Work closely through trade/industry organisations to influence regulations and the company's ability to sell and market existing/new products and technologies

- Proactively monitors activities for current and future business opportunities or threats which may impact the ability to sell and market long term product and solution technologies


- Enhances corporate credibility and expands/protects enterprise access to the marketplace by leveraging key relationships


- Partners with corporate counterparts to develop regulatory policy and intelligence, lobbying strategies and to ensure strategies/activities are aligned with corporate business plans and identified risks or opportunities

- Develops and manages the strategy, budget and progress toward stated goals for assigned lobbying efforts


- Plans and coordinates regional or global regulatory activities with associations, non-government organisations (NGOs), third party manufacturers, standardisation bodies, governmental advisers and scientific cooperation partners


- Serves as a primary contact, leading scientific and technical support, and leveraging relationships with trade organisations, NGOs, non-profit organisations (NPOs), governments, and key policy makers


- Develops and communicates analytics and key performance indicators for Regulatory Policy and Intelligence- Supports and executes the communication and presentation of lobbying strategies and risk assessments to executive leadership

- Improves brand and scientific reputation with intelligence targets


Profile : You will be a PhD. or Masters in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or related Life Sciences fields with ideally carry 12-18 years of experience behind you from nutrition, life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
