Sr Associate, AM (2-6 yrs)  Tax -Transfer Pricing  - In the recent years, national fiscal authorities worldwide have been increasing their focus on transfer pricing matters to protect their tax base. This has translated into increasing challenges for multinational corporations who are looking for advice on their Transfer Pricing matters as well as assistance in responding to tax authorities.  - The Transfer Pricing practice of the Firm works with its clients to help them develop and implement Transfer Pricing policies that are consistent with applicable tax laws and regulations. We provide a range of services including Transfer Pricing Advisory and Benchmarking, Transfer Pricing Compliances, Global Transfer Pricing Documentation, Litigation Support, Value Chain Management, and services related to Dispute Resolution viz. Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP).  Position : Senior Manager / Manager  Location : Delhi  - Chartered Accountant (preferably).
