Job Purpose: This role is instrumental in acquisition of HNI & UHNI clients and building the relationship with the bank.
Revenue Target Achievement:
- They have to sell Investment & Insurance & other bank products to Private Banking clients to generate fee income.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Nurture and manage end to end customer relationships by fulfilling all their banking needs through wealth solutions provided by the Bank.
- Achieve organizational objectives of high customer satisfaction scores.
- Acquire customers through natural market, open market activities, references from internal sources via existing branch and digital networks.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- High relationship management orientation; ability to forge effective relationships
- Strong focus on service delivery.
- Execution-oriented, i.e. driven to achieve results.
