1. To acquire families of the desired segment (disposable surplus between Rs 5 -25 cr) using the core proposition of risk profiling, asset allocation, appropriate Fund Manager selection and enhanced client management.
2. Post acquisition, the role is also to ensure that there is continuous and incremental wallet share from the families leading to our Assets Under Management and subsequently increased revenues.
3. To increase the business & profitability of the Wealth Management Division by providing effective financial portfolio & wealth management advisory services to existing clients and develop new clients.
4. The critical skill sets that this profile requires are an in-depth knowledge of all wealth management products & services, strong communication, negotiation & problem solving skills, proactiveness, high customer & target orientation. Having access to the high net worth client base.
