Job Responsibilities:
Upselling Mutual Fund Products:
- Engage with existing clients from an assigned database to sell additional Mutual Fund products.
- Generate new leads through referrals to expand the client base.
Achieving Business Targets:
- Meet sales targets by upselling products and enhancing client relationships to increase their net worth.
Customer Profiling and Needs Analysis:
- Analyze client profiles to understand their financial needs.
- Recommend suitable financial products, particularly Mutual Funds, based on client requirements.
Service Excellence:
- Ensure high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction for HNI clients.
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
Investment Planning and Advice:
- Provide personalized investment advice and financial planning to clients.
- Assist clients in optimizing their investment portfolios through Mutual Funds and other financial instruments.
Sales and Revenue Targets:
- Achieve set targets for sales and revenue, considering a diverse product mix in Mutual Funds.
Acquisition and Servicing of HNI/UHNI Clients:
- Focus on acquiring new HNI/UHNI clients and managing their investment portfolios.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Job Requirements:
NISM Certification:
- Preference for candidates holding NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certification, indicating knowledge of Mutual Funds and securities regulations.
Experience:
- Prior experience in managing Retail/HNI clients, with a demonstrated track record in Mutual Fund sales and client relationship management.
Product Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of Mutual Funds and other financial products available in the market.
Sales Skills:
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Customer Service Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deliver superior service and build rapport with HNI clients.
Financial Planning Expertise:
- Ability to conduct financial planning and provide advisory services aligned with client goals and risk appetite
