Job Description -
Lead the talent acquisition function and help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.
Responsibilities -
- Sourcing candidates through various channels and manage bulk and niche Hiring
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple business units by building talent pipeline for key roles in the organization & closely partnering with HR Business Partners and Business leaders
- Create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy for talent needs of the business & drive end to end recruitment process of given mandates with effective source mix, SLA and quality parameters
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate degree in HR or related field
- Should have strong experience in a leadership role for talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends
- Results-driven mind set, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions
- Knowledge and management Applications such as Dashboard, Manpower and Planning
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Requirements:
Position Type: Full Time, requires extensive travelling
Experience: 15 yrs+ in BFSI Sector, mainly from retail background
