Job Description - This position will provide leadership and direction to the fastest growing business within the organisation, by creating and driving growth plan for the business, reporting to the Managing Director.

A multi-million-dollar company based in Mumbai, India. A public listed firm with large facilities in chemical intermediates catering to pharmaceutical and agriculture industry.

It is also listed in Forbe Asia's 200 Best under- billion organisations.

Description

1) Drive existing business to deliver/ exceed annual business plan.

2) Identify, develop and commercialise new product/ business opportunities within Pharma & Agro intermediate segments.

3) Study pipeline of products getting off-patent within Pharma & Agro segment to develop mid-to-long term growth strategy for the company.

4) Enhance customer satisfaction levels by driving a customer-focused culture and developing new products/applications and services in conjunction with the Head R&D and other functions like Technology and supply chain to influence the customers and meet their needs.

Profile

1) Strong understanding of chemistry.

2) Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with MBA from reputed institute.

3) 20+ years' experience in Specialty Chemicals with strong exposure to Agro or Pharma.

4) Strong influencing skills.
