About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC Bank with strong presence in India across Retail and Corporate banking. As part of their strategic expansion in India, they are looking for a senior professional to lead their contact centre teams and drive them for customer satisfaction through phone banking channel.
Job Description - Reporting into Business Head, you would be responsible for driving customer service and cross-selling of financial products through phone banking teams. You will manage the end-to-end resource supply and demand ensuring optimum seat utilization. Your other key responsibilities would include:
- To build a culture of continuous improvement to drive superior customer service through phone banking
- Control over processes, budget and quality along with adherence with group compliance policies.
- Working closely with teams to develop talent pool and leadership.
The Successful Candidate - CA or MBA from Tier-1 B School is a must
- Minimum of 12 years of working experience in a similar role
- Strong Operations Management Experience with large span of control is mandatory
- Strong Process Orientation with very good understanding of retail banking operations
- Proven track record of managing large global teams (~250 people)
- Ideal candidate would have a very strong customer focus and would work towards improving operational efficiency to ensure customer delight
