Senior VP - KYC - Client on Boarding - Captive Bank

Basis Details :

We have top management requisition with one of the captive bank in Bangalore Location

Designation would be Sr. VP grade

Minimum experience should be 15 years. out of which 6 years into KYC- Client on boarding role

We are specifically looking for KYC-VP Level candidates

Majorly we are looking candidates from Captive Companies.

(Target companies like: DBOI, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Nomura, Societe Generale, RBS, Scope, Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of America, ANZ etc. )

Salary budget would be 1 CR + Annual Bonus.

Job Description:

Rich experience in setting up, leading and managing teams in large organisations.

Proven track record of leading people in various operational environments such as KYC, AML, Client Due Diligence, Securities Services, Static Data, Collections, Customer Services and Shared Services departments like, Communication and Administration.

Strong Execution, Strategic, Commercial Orientation,Leadership and Communication skills with ability to motivate people to achieve new benchmarks.

Good in building relationship with Business .

Specialties:
