Job Role Details:
1. Head the overall HR function
2. Report to CEO/MD of Asia Region
3. Manage team of 20 + HR professionals
4. Manage headcount of 2000+
5. Manage - Recruitment, Training, PMS, Compensation, Exit Formalities and Statutory Compliance
Candidate:
1. Minimum 15 years of experience
2. Preferably from Service Industry, IT/ITES, BFSI sectors
3. Godo communication and stake holder management skills
