SVP Finance (Fund Accounting, Finance, Accounts, MIS, Budgeting)

Hiring for a SVP - Finance for a leading NBFC based in Bangalore. The role reports to CFO & will involve team handling:

Role Purpose :

- Managing the budgeting, MIS function and accounting functions

- Managing the fund accounting of PE and real estate funds

Key Accountabilities :

- Responsible for budgeting, planning & MIS

- Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit and ensure timely audit.

- Preparation of monthly and quarterly accounts. Also to co-ordinate for board meetings and do the required preparations for quarterly Board meetings

- Monitor payments and verify the accounting entries to ensure adherence to accounting norms.

- Review of finalization of various funds verification of financials, valuation reports, discussion with auditors for timely closing of audit. Distribution of info to investors . To ensure adherence to taxation norms by appropriate interpretation & due diligence.

- Compliance with regulatory requirements. Good knowledge about the Accounting standards, tax laws necessary.

Requirements :

- CA who has qualified between 1997 - 1999

- Strong exp in Fund Accounting, MIS, Budgeting & accounting areas

- Applications from Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consumer Durables preferred.

- Strong communication skills & people management skills
