Role description & Principal Accountabilities :

- To successfully lead and build the Finance Systems team in the Global Centres and support the Group Head in managing the operational activities to a high quality and at an optimal cost while working with various stakeholders to drive the overall Strategy.

- Driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency

- Driving the Change Agenda for the Centres

- Supporting the Head in developing the strategy and supporting implementation of an efficient and effective operating model- this will include organizational design, initiatives like outsourcing, organizational tiering and any other significant strategic initiative. I

- Monitoring, tracking and ensuring that all elements of operational risk associated with accounting and reporting processes . All reporting should be fulfilled to the highest standards, ensuring correct interpretation and application of policy, ensuring appropriate control frameworks are in place.

- Accountable for service delivery for all Global Finance Applications, Regional Systems,

- Driving re engineering and change for the finance systems team
