Senior VP - Finance & Accounts

We have a senior management opening with our client.

The representative is responsible for helping the business deal with complex issues of fraud, regulatory compliance and business disputes that could otherwise detract the achievement of the company's potential, manage fraud risk more effectively and treat it as a critical business priority and provide expert solutions in addressing critical business issues such as irregularities in financial compliance and transactions

Must have:

- Strong understanding of Finance functions like accounting, corporate finance, corporate security/investigations or internal/external audit functions

- Exposure to Committees, interaction with Audit Committee / Board and senior leadership

- Experience in managing critical stakeholders and ensure that all agreed SLA and KPIs are delivered
