JD for Business Head
A position responsible for running an independent P&L. The incumbent is responsible for Business Acquisition, Client Relationship Management, & Process Adherence.
It is a team management role where you motivate, recruit, guide and develop the sales & retention talent.
A Business Head must have proven expertise on not less than 15 years in Business Development on Corporate Solutions front, with sound knowledge of General insurance sector and GI Products. He / she must be managing a P&L in current capacity, with an experience of at-least 10 years in Team management.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Achievement of P & L Target on New Business & Retention.
2. Manage existing relationships to achieve 100% retention along with cross sell.
3. Ensure 100% adherence to policies, processes, systems etc.
4. Achieve Strategic Growth in terms of new markets, strategic account acquisition, profitability of products.
5. Responsible to create brand awareness in the respective markets.
6. Attract, motivate and Recruit, new talent to work the Alliance way.
7. Develop, and train team members to exceed their potential and enhance their performance.

On the Academic front:
- Must be a Graduate. However an MBA is a definite advantage.
- Insurance qualification and certification are advantageous.
