Senior VP (Business Development) Obopay Mobile Payments

Industry Preference :

- People with experience in telecom & financial service (BFSI) industries form the best fit

- People from the IT industry from companies like IBM, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Polaris etc who have B2B sales experience to BFSI industry in US & Europe

- Exposure to the US/Europe market critical since the company's revenues largely accrue from these geographies & the firm is keen to make further inroads. People who have experience in bagging BFSI deals would be preferred.

Role And Responsibilities :

- Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the company's overall strategy.

- Explore and develop new business opportunities and revenue generation

- Generate new leads and prospects

- Negotiate rates/contracts and revenue generation

- To sustain growth via partner sign up

- Involve in client relationship management and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications And Education Requirements :

- Bachelors Degree. Masters in marketing/ finance preferred.

- Experience required 15+ years in related field.

Preferred Skills :

- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels

- Strong experience in B2B prospecting/lead qualification

- Should have a strong sales acumen, leadership, negotiation and analytical skills.

- Should have worked on all aspects of the sales cycle right from sales planning, lead generation, client acquisition, revenue optimization from existing clients
