1. Managing all aspects of WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENT to render high quality service delivery/ maximize client satisfaction & create a RAVING FAN Culture.
2. Build a team which is EQUIPPED TO OPERATIONALISE business strategy, implement change in their processes and systems, and maximize value over the life of the asset.
3. Demonstrate the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to PROJECT ACTIVITIES to meet the project requirements
4. Ideate and develop multiple control systems for operating processes with MINIMAL OR REDUCED HUMAN INTERVENTIONS.
5. Ability to work in a continual cyclic process which includes RISK ASSESSMENT, RISK DECISION MAKING, AND IMPLEMENTATION OF RISK CONTROL, which results in acceptance, mitigation, or avoidance of risk.

7. Experience in hedge funds, mutual funds, capital markets, finance related operations from an investment management / investment banking perspective
8. Should have managed a team size of minimum 15-20 people
