Role Description  The individual will work closely with Business Head and Product, is a critical member of the team in developing a strong brand and a profitable business. The person will need to lead interactions across multiple stakeholders internal teams and external partners to deliver on the KRAs  Will oversee and manage brand strategy as well as corresponding brand elements in order to maximize the brand's equity for the business  Key Responsibilities  - Developing strategies for the brand in alignment with overall business plans.  - Plan strategies and execute marketing plans to establish and maintain brand presence in the market.  - Responsible for strategizing and implementing media across ATL, BTL, and Digital  - Coordinating with advertising agencies and research agencies, to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand.   - Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insights  - Providing strategic guidance to the team to develop strategies for detailed marketing plans and execution  - Overseeing Annual plans, budgets on brands   Requirement  - MBA from Tier 1 Institute,   - Overall 8+ years- experience post MBA  - 3+ Years of experience in Brand Management, Brand Strategy & Planning   - People Management experience of 2+ Years  - Extensive exposure to TVC's, Media Planning & Management   - Proven expertise in consumer insights and market intelligence   - Preferably understands Internet business, digital product ecosystem  We will prefer to meet candidates from FMCG/Consumer Durable industry with very strong branding experience.  Reporting Structure  Reports to the CMO of Infoedge
