Senior Vice President/Vice President/Associate Vice President - Wealth Management

Key Responsibility areas:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance Assets Under Management (AUM) and expand the client base across various product lines like PMS (own and third party), AIF, Insurance, broking/leverage trading and Mutual funds.

- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners within the financial ecosystem.

- Oversee a comprehensive range of financial products and services, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.

- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and client offerings.

- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the division's market position, aiming for successful Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability.

- Monitor and report on the performance of the division, adjusting strategies as needed to meet growth and profitability targets.

Qualification & Experience :

Education:

- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.

- Advanced degrees such as an MBA, CA, or CFA are highly preferred.

Experience and Skills Required:

- Must possess relevant experience in the financial services industry, particularly within wealth management.

- Existing transferable relationships / book.

- Proven track record of successfully building and leading teams in a high-growth environment.

- Strong understanding of financial analysis and AUM management processes.

- Exceptional relationship management skills with a well-established network across the financial ecosystem.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to driving business growth.

- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and relevant market trends.

- Strong analytical skills and a passion for financial services.
