Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage insurance functions, aligning them with client goals and objectives.

- Lead and mentor a team of insurance experts to deliver high-quality services.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency in policy servicing, billing and collections, and HR operations.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and adapt services accordingly.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance client value.

- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance.

- Leverage technology, automation, and digital solutions to improve productivity and customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Proven experience in strategic leadership within the insurance domain, particularly in Property & Casualty.

- Expertise in operational management and delivering technology-enabled services.

- Strong understanding of global insurance markets and regulatory frameworks.

- Exceptional client management and relationship-building skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

- Proficiency in leveraging technology and driving process improvements.

- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics.

- A global perspective with the ability to navigate and manage diverse markets across regions such as the US, UK, APAC, EMEA, and ANZ.
