Role Overview:
The Senior Vice President - Agency Business will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and enhancing the performance of our agency channel. This role involves managing and training Financial Consultants and Top agents, improving qualifiers for Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), and developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive growth and success within the agency network.

Qualifications:
Education: Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 18 years+ of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing agency business and strategic programs.

- Proven track record in managing and developing agency teams.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
