Senior Vice President - Service Delivery - Finance Operations - BFS

NOTE - Looking for Finance Operations skills - Vendor management, Governance Reporting, Meetings, Excel, PPT

A person should currently be VP or equivalent to VP.

- MIS Strategy Data Management SLA/KPI/EWI

- Drive the MI and Information Strategy and Delivery for the department for internal stakeholders and with External Vendor.

- Key to reporting and identifying key areas for improvement and remediation together with what is reported by our Vendor Partner

- Work with Vendor on timely & accurate delivery of services and reporting of them; manage remediation efforts and escalation process if service delivery lapses; manage and negotiate commercials of contract where there are variations to services

- Metrics and Reporting

- Having MIS / Reconciliation / Operation related work experience
