Recruiting SVP Optometry Sales reporting to CEO for Bangalore Location

Job Synopsis:

- We are looking to hire a business leader who is looking at an entrepreneurial opportunity and is passionate about scaling the business.

- Must have experience in selling Optometry Equipment's to the Optical chains. Eg: Refractive devices

- PnL management - Responsible to drive profitability of the business segment

- Business Leader shall be responsible to formulate business plan.

- Devise Sales & Marketing strategies on Optometry.

- Explore various business ideas to drive revenue targets,

- Strategize on driving Retail India Business

- Excellent knowledge on driving Marketing strategies

- Deep understanding of PnL management

- Business forecasting and long-term planning

- Implementing data driven decision making
