Responsibilities:
- Responsible for acquiring, business development & sales of group insurance products for financial services clients, including NBFC, SFB, MFI, Fintech, Payment companies, Cooperatives, etc.
- Responsible for managing the client, scaling them and accountable for delivery on business from each of the clients.
- You will be responsible to ensure the end to end closure of deals related to their insurance requirements.
- Provide appropriate advisory to existing and potential clients with regard to their insurance requirements and existing portfolios.
- He / She will have excellent negotiation skills, to be able to talk to insurers to customize the products as per requirements of the clients.
- Coordinate with the empanelled insurers for getting quotes as and when required to assist in the new client account closure.
- Coordinate with tech and operations team to ensure client onboarding is done successfully.
- Handle the P&L of their client portfolio and achieve monthly and annual targets of sales and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline, MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 12 + years of experience in group insurance sales - affinity, partnerships, alternate channels
- Expert in credit life insurance
- Excellent communication skills, Customer-centric focus, Team player
- Detail oriented and knowledge of insurance regulation and compliance
