Senior Vice President - Robotics Process Automation - BFSI

Job Description -

- Lead Robotics Process Automation programs

- Design RPA strategy and roadmap

- Build in-house team to derive RPA initiatives

- Work closely with global stakeholders to understand the need and scope for RPA

Job Specification -

- MBA from premier B school with 17-22 years of experience in Transformation & Automation roles

- 2-4 years of experience in managing RPA programs, strategy experience preferred

- Experience in BFS industry is mandatory

- Experience in Finance Process Automation is mandatory

- Global experience

- Global stakeholder management
